School Organization

​The pages connected here are meant to help you to understand how the people working that comprises the school -- staff, parents, students, board members, the heads of school and our French partners with whom we share the Eurocampus -- work together to form the GESM as an institution.

The many elements that form the organization of the school attest to its democratic structure -- the leaders in the SMT (Senior Management Team), the teaching staff and the administrative staff, the parents' advisory council (GEB or the Gesamtelternbeirat), the Board, the students' reps and the teachers' council. There is hierarchy, but also participation, representation, synergy and cooperation.
