Zum Ersten, zum Zweiten und zum Dritten!
The grand finale of the GESM Art & Music Festival was the auction of various artworks created by GESM students. Student works from all grade levels were displayed at the campus lobby since Tuesday, giving viewers a glimpse into this year's art class themes.
The auction started with a musical interlude, Oskar (7D) and Ahren (8D) as well as Kimora (7D), led the auction. It was lively and intense from the beginning, as bids could be placed both on-site and online, and bidders outbid each other blow for blow. Many artworks fetched prices beyond expectations, raising a tidy sum that will be donated to the Brothers of Charity Orphanage in Trece Martires, Cavite for severely disabled children. Thank you to everyone who participated in the auction, and we look forward to organizing and having you at the next auction!
