This morning, Grade 5A and 5B of the English section transformed the PYP Assembly into an exciting time-travel adventure as they wrapped up their Unit 2 exploration of "Place and Time." The assembly was presented as a play, featuring a group of curious students who, inspired by a flying DeLorean-style time machine, journeyed through various periods of the past to discover the wonders of ancient civilizations.
As the time travelers visited key historical moments, they shared insights into the cultures, innovations, and achievements of ancient societies, illustrating how these societies influenced the world we know today.
The production was brought to life with the help of impressive, professional-looking props that added depth to the historical settings. Special thanks to the Lim family for these visually stunning elements!
