The preschoolers were amazed to learn that there has been an Advent calendar since 1838, of course in a completely different form. This calendar has been developed over the years, so that today every child eagerly looks forward to opening the first door.
So it was also on December 1 in the Vorschule.
Behind the first door was a small booklet that explained Advent customs from Austria. Then there was a small bag with a "1" on it: is there chocolate inside? No, and their eyes went big - a prickle set!
In a cozy atmosphere, the children of the VS are now waiting for St. Nicholas on December 6.
