Shoe Box Project: Delivered

Notes from Viola Buck

For the second year in a row, GESM students, parents and teachers organized the Shoe Box Project where Christmas gifts for children were collected in shoe boxes from students from Kindergarten to Secondary.

In total, 97 shoe boxes for 97 beneficiaries -- children from two charity organizations: Children of the Dump Manila in Payatas, Quezon City and Tiny Blessings in Makati.

Accompanying the delivery of the gifts were teachers from GESM as well as two Grade 11 students, Marc Rieger and Leonie Kranz, who were involved in the project as part of their CAS (Creativity, Activity and Service) requirement.

GESM thanks everyone involved in this project!
