Superman, Batman, Spiderman and Ironman: these are the heroes that the German section 3rd-graders first thought of when they thought of heroes. However, when discussing the characteristics of heroes, they realized that they could also become heroes themselves. Among themselves, they then discussed what a class needs to do to become a superhero class. In addition to superheroes, the students also learned about everyday heroes. In particular, the fire department came into focus. In order to understand what the fire department has to watch out for in a fire, the children also became fire experts. Finally, each child was allowed to choose a famous "human" hero and present it in the 3rd and 4th grade.
