On February 19, GESM held a Coffee Morning at the Library Extension for parents to learn about the academic options after Grade 10. The session was led by Mrs. Stephanie Steinberg, Head of the Oberstufe (Grades 11–12), where GESM offers the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP), the Gemischtsprachiges IB (GIB), and the IB Career-related Programme (IBCP).
Mrs. Steinberg explained the differences between these programs, their requirements, and how each choice affects university and career opportunities.
After the presentation, parents had time to ask further questions and discuss details with Mrs. Steinberg and each other over coffee and cookies.
